Jacobs Engineering SA (JESA) est une joint-venture entre l’Office chérifien des phosphates (OCP), le principal exportateur mondial de phosphates et de dérivés, et le groupe américain Jacobs Engineering, l’un des plus importants prestataires de services techniques, professionnels et de construction pour divers secteurs industriels et tertiaires.
Cette collaboration vise à soutenir l’OCP dans la réalisation des infrastructures nécessaires au développement de la plateforme chimique de Jorf Lasfar, ainsi que dans le développement général de l’industrie du phosphate.
Actuellement, JESA compte plus de 250 employés, dont environ un tiers provient de différentes nationalités. Notre objectif de recrutement est de recruter 150 personnes d’ici la fin de l’année.

Main Scope/Responsibilities:
- Managing and adhering to established EHS&S policies and procedures in their job planning duties.
- Utilizing their knowledge of CMMS, predictive and preventive maintenance, and materials management to improve processes.
- Developing and delivering work scope, conducting bidding activities, creating detailed job plans and procedures, identifying necessary parts, estimating costs, and addressing coordination issues.
- Staying informed about budgetary constraints on a monthly and year-to-date basis, accurately assigning costs to appropriate assets and work orders.
- Prioritizing planning workload to accommodate changing priorities.
- Possessing a comprehensive understanding of department-specific processes and equipment.
- Actively reviewing feedback from the field and making adjustments to future plans as needed.
- Collaborating closely with Procurement and Maintenance teams to manage changes in spare parts and repairable spare inventory.
- Consulting with operations and maintenance teams to refine job plan scope and determine the need for management of change (MOC).
- Generating detailed plans that incorporate all relevant resources, materials, and equipment required for successful execution of identified work.
- Conducting in-field planning assessments when necessary for job plan development.
- Being available during execution to provide clarification on job plans and optimize results.
- Supporting site efforts as directed by the Manager for reactive work planning requirements.
- Attending and actively participating in TA/RD/DD area core team meetings for planning purposes, as necessary.
- Assisting in resource loading, coordination, execution, and completion of projects, such as inspections, TAR job plans, and startup coverage, when requested.
Education:
- Bac +4/5, (FST/Master or equivalent)
- Curricula: Construction or engineering (Mechanical, Electrical or equivalent)
Global Experience:
- 5 to 10 years with minimum 5 years maintenance experience
Specific Experience in the position:
- Relevant industrial experience of more than 5 years
